More details about Sadé Magazine
Why is the magazine only for Black girls?
We notice that there is not enough representation of Black girls within the UK media space. Our mission is to build a community for young Black girls like our daughter Sadé who will be leading the way for the future.
We do want every young girl to enjoy our magazines.
What age is the magazine created for?
Sadé Magazine will be for Black girls aged 7+ , however all ages can enjoy. We want our magazine to bring joy to the whole family.
Can boys read this too?
Of course. We have designed Sadé Magazine for young Black girls so the main focus will be empowering and inspiring women content.
Why doesn’t the magazine feature men too?
We do feel there is lack of representation both Black women and men, but we were inspired by our daughter who is a young Black girl with so much talent. We want to grow and nurture that more, by sharing stories of powerful black women.
